As is the case with most of the state capitals in the United States, the city of Madison Wisconsin is not actually the biggest city in the state. The location of the state's university within Madison has also meant that the city is expanding. Graduates can find a lot of work in the growing biotechnology and high tech industries throughout the city. Again, this contributes to the fact that more people have jobs in Madison than anywhere else in the country. Money like that means it might be a good place to try out food product launches and other entrepreneurial endeavors.

And of course, Madison has a flavor all its own.
